The Value of Free Time

Oh, how much free time you have. Are you a full time student or have 9-5 job. There’s a breeze in the air once Friday nights passes by and in the home stretch.

Everyone needs to take and create time where work just stops to have fun and relax .

While you can do them in varying order throughout your free time it is important to note that if you’re new to the idea and practice of adding value to it, you should start by implementing them in the following manner until you’re well-rehearsed.

Relax

You’ve had a long day; face it, long period of pure work, is a long haul no matter the work involved. You need to spend a little time relaxing. What your idea of relaxing is will differ from your co-workers and friends; you may like to work out while one of your friends likes to sleep. It doesn’t really matter.

Sleep in if you can or want to; enjoy the morning coffe or a book –review of your RSS feeds works just as well :) – or simply take notice of your surroundings while doing very little to nothing at all. Just do it. Relax and you’ll start to add value to your free time..

Recharge
With only a couple of hours to spare, it’s important to refuel, revitalize and recharge the batteries.

Burnout can easily take hold if you are always “turned on.” What happens when you leave your ipod on all the time without plugging it in? it runs out of juice Both can apply though, depending on how you look at it. Even if you spend some time recharging, you’ll at least be able to get back to work for the upcoming week with ample energy to last.

SO

The value of your free time is whatever value you choose to give it. Your choice may not be everyone else’s – both in terms of days of the week or how you choose to spend it. The value may not matter to you so much; but it should. Because how much you value your direct reflection of how you value something far more important.

How To Be Successful

409No Commentshttp://turbed.com/2009/11/17/how-to-be-successful/How+To+Be+Successful2009-11-17+23%3A02%3A27GerardoDuran 17 November 2009

How do you categorize something with the title ‘How To Be Successful’? Do you file it under ‘Goals’? I mean, success is all about accomplishment, right? Or maybe you should put it under ‘Health’. Good health, to many, is a number one priority in life. What about ‘Relationships’? Doesn’t a strong relationship make for a better life?

As we set out to define how to be successful and touch on what I believe makes for a successful human being, we have to keep in mind that success is truly in the eye of the beholder. So it’s not about a specific prize, a ‘holy grail’ if you will, but the ability to successfully pursue those things in your life that bring you the greatest purpose and satisfaction.

What is success?

People often say that success is a state of mind. That if you want to be satisfied with life, be satisfied with life. But this doesn’t deal with the fact that a desired destination requires the proper mindset and discomfort in the current state. Not that we can’t be satisfied every step of the way, but that if that satisfaction becomes too comfortable, we risk standing stagnant, never venturing forth into the world of possibility.

To answer the question, ‘How To Be Successful’, we have to see the key ingredient to success. It’s our mindset that makes or breaks our ability to succeed. It’s our comfort or discomfort in different circumstances that determines our direction. Just like a cat could never be comfortable in water, neither could Bill just sit in a situation that failed to bring him and his family closer to their own personal goals.

Are you heading towards your definition of success, if you are don’t give up!

My life doesn’t always look exactly like I want it to. I spend many days alone, when I’d rather be at a party or hanging out with the girlfriend. I drive a 97 Honda civic, when I’d far prefer
Audi with bluetooth and ipod integration.

But I know won’t always be like an that’s what keep me going and i choose to smile simply because i know one day it will come true .

The key is to be content with what you have and work out a plan to achieve the things you want. And Believe In your ability achieve those things.

2 Why Be Happy
Happy people tend had more successful marriages, and enjoyed life.Positive Emotions is the key to successful life.

4. Every Day Is A New Opportunity To Be Better Than Yesterday.

I now look at the things I do as opportunities to get better from one day to the next. It’s more satisfying to set and meet an attainable goal, like focusing Ways Boost Your Productivity.
