Sooner or later you’ll be feeling down ,here are 7 ways to get up.
Do Something Just For You.
Be totally selfish here. Think of something you always wanted to do for yourself…a road trip, a, a haircut, buying yourself the latest ipod. The taught is I deserve this, and things are not so bad after all. This is not going to necessarily get to the state of what caused you to feel down.
Do Nice Deed.
Hold the door for others, make a donation.Visit a local hospital and give card or goodies bags to ill children.
Socialize.
Go out there!When a person feeling like shit, often the last thing they want to do is be around others . However, when we are down, if we interact with others it helps us. Call a friend and meet for coffee, a movie, a walk, a talk–anything to get out and change your atmosphere, the chances are good that will have a good effect on changing your mood for the better.Flirt with the opposite sex it always helps when I feel down.
Listen To Music.
No matter how down are you music always get you up.Sing along, if you like.
Exercise.
I know, you might not be in the mood for exercise. But just do it! Taking a walk, going for a run, going to the gym,doing p90X(it works), whatever route you take just do it.
Dress Up.
Being a couch potato in your boxers, is not going to do you any good. Simply showering, and feeling clean, can do wonders for your mood. Brush your teeth, comb your hair, shave, do whatever it is that you need to do to feel clean and good about yourself. Wear some nice clothes and go out with friends.
See a Funny or Inspirational Movie.
Laughter is a quick and effective way to stop feeling down. Watching an hour long comedy where we laugh and take our mind off our daily problems can last for hours.
