Don’t eat fast food period.Your body will thank you.Not only that ,your body going to have more energy not feel like shit after two Big Macs.If truly need to eat outside go to places like togos,subway and quiznos.
2 Play Sports.
Is good way to socialize and be fit .In every city there tons of leagues for Adults yo join .
3 Treat People like you want to be treated.
Sometimes it might be hard, but it’s very rewarding to treat other people well, even when they don’t do the same for you. Choose to do the right thing, regardless of how rude they can be.At the end feel better about your self
4 Have A Hobby.
Hobby are great way to relax and forget your troubles in your life.
5 Sleep Early
I know how to easy time can passes end up watching movie at midnight.Chances are those task can be done tomorrow .Get your 8 hours of sleep,youl feel with enery the next morning.
